The Camelback East neighborhoods of Phoenix are located mainly within the 85008 zip code just east of Central Phoenix and south of the Biltmore and Arcadia areas. Homes for sale in 85008 are similar to those you will find in the more expensive neighborhoods to the north, but are much more affordable. Homes range from simple 1950s brick starter homes to larger ranch homes built on larger parcels of land. There are also many condo and townhome communities. Prices here fall more in line with the average home prices in Phoenix and appeal to a broader range of budgets. Architectural styles include ranch, santa fe, spanish colonial, contemporary, and mid-century modern.

The northwest portion of Camelback East is often mistaken as Arcadia Lite because you will find minimal differences in the styles of home, in fact much of the area is marketed as Arcadia.
